Payments and cancellations

To make a reservation, full payment is required by credit or debit card. No installment plans or partial payments will be offered.
There will be no refunds once the tour or service has commenced or in relation to any package, accommodation, meal, or other services used.
Other tour services and products
No amount will be charged if the cancellation is made with a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled day of the visit (local time in Greece).
If the cancellation is made during the 48 hours prior to the reserved day, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
In case of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours prior to the service, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
Date and time modifications can be made without penalty (subject to availability of the provider).
The transaction value may be subject to taxes, foreign transactions, currency exchange, or other charges.
